The beneficiary orders must be written and sent to S.C. MINET CONF S.R.L. by fax, mail, e-mail, or other written form.

The beneficiary orders must contain:

• the quantities of the materials to be quilted
• the width and the characteristics of the materials for quilting (fabrics, waddings, etc.)
• the width and the design (the model) desired to be quilted
• thread color for quilting (in limited colors and stocks available)

The materials supplied by the beneficiary (the bales) must contain for each unit (bale) in part:

• label with quantity of material
• clearly identify of the face

The materials supplied by the beneficiary (the bales) will be received as thy are, the defects being into the responsibility of the beneficiary.

S.C. MINET CONF S.R.L. can not be held responsible for possible execution errors caused by total or partial absence of the information required in the orders and materials supplied by the beneficiary.

TEHNOLOGICAL LOOSES
By technological looses we understand contractions suffered at quilting (that depends of the quilting model, the thickness and type of wadding materials, the type of materials used, etc.) and losses caused by the ends of bales (that depends of bale length dependent, etc.).
The contractions of the fabric materials and of wadding materials supplied by S.C. MINET CONF S.R.L., as all technological looses for these are supported by S.C. MINET CONF S.R.L.
The contractions of the fabric materials and of wadding materials supplied by the beneficiary, as all technological looses for these are supported by the beneficiary.

QUANTITY AND QUALITY RECEPTION. QUALITY CONDITIONS
Quilted materials supplied by the beneficiary will be received as such.
Quantitative reception of the materials will be made by each party at take over.
Quilted material produced by S.C. MINET CONF S.R.L. will be checked and measured by each party at takeover.
The measuring of the quilted material is done with the material stretched (strained).

PACKING
Quilted materials are rolled tight on cardboard tubes.
The bales are packed in polyethylene film.
Bale size (diameter) is subject to some limitations (weight, tension, manipulation, etc.). When bales reach maximum size, the materials have to be cut. In this respect S.C. MINET CONF S.R.L. can not be held liable for possible further technological losses suffered by the beneficiary when processing the bales of quilted material.
Each bale have label (generated automatically). This contains at least the following information:

• beneficiary name
• type, grammage and width of the wadding
• type and width of the top material
• type and width of the back material (optional)
• quilting pattern
• number of used needles
• configuration of the needles (optional)
• top thread
• back thread
• operator
• quantity (length of the quilted material) - expressed in linear meters, with two decimals
• date, time and production shift
• Quality Control

All materials used for packaging (cardboard tubes, polyethylene film) are recyclable. Recycling of these materials is the responsibility of the beneficiary.
S.C. MINET CONF S.R.L. is able to retrieve from the beneficiary the materials used for packaging for the purpose of recycling. S.C. MINET CONF S.R.L. reserves the right to refuse taking back the materials used for packaging.

MINIMUM QUANTITY / LOT
By default (unless confirmed otherwise), the minimum amount that can be quilted is of:

• 500 linear meters of quilted material / pattern design / width (for white thread color)
• 1000 linear meters of quilted material (for other colors of thread or for lines pattern)

INVOICING
The quantity that is invoiced is the quantity that actually results after the quilting operation.

COMPLAINTS
Any complaint must be accompanied by the label of that bale.

CHANGES
S.C. MINET CONF S.R.L. reserves the right to change anytime the present terms and conditions, without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately. Sending your orders for quilting services after such changes means default acceptance of those by you.
